Juan Pablos

This is the best Tex Mex in East texas in my opinion. I have never gotten anything bad here. Service is fast and food gets to you quick.

We stopped for a quick lunch. I LOVE good Mexican. We were not disappointed! Excellent service, great food, our waiter Austin was outstanding (he told me to say that), we were in and out and our way in about 45 minutes. We will definitely stop again on our way back.

Food here is very good not very authentic, but good I had the Chicken Enchilada Soup it was bussin (very good ) for you old people it was cheese not very filling for me so you get the soup and salad thing the push the tortilla strips inside so the become soft and compliment the soup I recommend you get it if haven't been here before. We were headed home (Fort Worth) from a weekend in Hot Springs ad it was time for lunch. TexMex sounded really good. My wife was driving so I ouf course fired up my Yelp app on my phone to see what was close by. There were two really good TexMex restaurants recommended. We decided to try Juan Pablo's since it was on the same side of the road we were traveling. We were not disappointed. The parking lot was full and the restaurant was very busy which is always a good sign. My wife ordered a beef puffed taco with rice and beans. I ordered the #7 lunch special with included a cheese enchilada, sour cream enchilada, a chicken flauta plus rice and beans. As we waited on our lunch platters, we munched down on chips and salsa. The chips were just a tad greasy, but not enough to bother me. Juan Pablo's salsa was super yummy. Shortly our lunch platter arrived. The serving size was more than ample to satisfy anyone's hungry tummy. My wife enjoyed her puffed taco and really loved the beans. I too enjoyed everything on my plate. Everything came out SO hot which is the way it should be. Next time we're headed home from Hot Springs, we'll definitely stop at Juan Pablo's again. The service was great, the food was delicious and the prices were right!
